Feb 1, 2026

Zurcher Tire, a wholesale tire company based in Monroe, IN, has merged with K&M Tire, a family-owned regional tire distributor headquartered in Delphos, OH. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

K&M owns and operates 40 distribution centers serving dealers in the Midwest, Central, Southwest and Northeast regions of the United States. It distributes more than 50 brands of passenger, light-truck and medium-truck tires as well as over a dozen brands of agricultural, industrial and specialty tires. The merger with Zurcher Tire adds 12 distribution centers across five states, bringing K&M’s total to 52 warehouses nationwide.

The combined organization will use the K&M name.

Cheryl Gossard, daughter of K&M Founder and CEO Ken Langhals, is the president of K&M and will continue as president of the combined business.

Jon Zurcher, nephew of Zurcher Tire CEO Mark Zurcher, has been working with K&M for about two years. He’s executive vice president of K&M and will continue in this capacity.
