TireHub — the national tire distributor cofounded by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas — has announced Ted Becker as its CEO. Becker, who joined TireHub in 2020, has been interim CEO since Peter Gibbons’ departure from the company in October 2021. He was TireHub’s vice president of sales and marketing.
Becker has more than 25 years of experience in the tire and automotive industries. Prior to joining TireHub, he was the president of Exide Technologies, Americas, responsible for its automotive and industrial business units. Becker’s background also includes 21 years with Michelin in various sales and marketing positions.
