TBC Corp. veterans Marty Krcelic and Tim Miller have launched a full-service consultancy, MK Value Creation Advisors, bringing together expertise in navigating complex business operations, strategic planning, mergers and enhancing market presence. The consultancy’s goal is to help businesses and private equity investors create value via the delivery of customized solutions.
Miller worked at TBC (Tire Kingdom, NTB, Midas and Big O Tires) for almost 20 years, with the majority of that time (14 years) as CFO.
Krcelic was the president and COO of TBC Brands as well as executive vice president of TBC Corp.
“Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse specialties who have already accomplished a lot together throughout our careers,” Krcelic said, “and we are united in our commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and create lasting value.”
Principals of the organization include Chris Ungerer, Bill Ketchem and Jamie Levin.
Ungerer has been the senior vice president of inventory and supply chain planning, senior vice president of operations, and vice president of financial operations at TBC.
Ketchem was vice president of distribution development, vice president of franchise development, and mergers and acquisitions director for TBC.
Levin is the former vice president of corporate communications, director of corporate communications and senior manager of corporate communications for TBC.
