Sullivan Tire & Auto Service of Norwell, MA has acquired Montvale Tire Car Care Centers. The transaction includes locations in Melrose, MA and Woburn, MA, which are being remodeled to the Sullivan Tire & Auto Service banner. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Sullivan Tire has over 100 locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine. The business consists of four divisions: retail, commercial truck, wholesale and Liftworks. Sullivan’s auto service centers provide a variety of repair services, ranging from oil changes to computer diagnostic work. Its commercial truck centers service truck fleets, and its wholesale business offers roughly 20 brands of tires and daily delivery services.
