Straightaway Tire & Auto has hired John Wafler to oversee all area manager and general manager training and Jason Servidio to oversee all service adviser training.
Wafler has spent more than two decades with RLO Training as a BLIG facilitator. He has helped hundreds of shop owners through hands-on coaching.
Servidio spent seven years at the Transformers Institute as a vice president. He also was the director of its Advanced Service Advisor Training Program and has taught several service advisers.
