SPARQ, a Irvine, CA-based automotive startup, now offers SPARQ CoLab, a feature that connects drivers directly with trusted service shops, allowing them to schedule and manage service using simple, everyday language as well as review recommended repairs and approve or decline estimates.
The new feature builds on SPARQ’s flagship device, SPARQ Diagnostics, a plug-in tool and app that lets drivers link with their cars to understand, predict, and plan for maintenance and repair.
With SPARQ CoLab, this communication extends beyond the dashboard, allowing drivers to share verified diagnostic data directly with service centers.
For shops, SPARQ CoLab allows them to generate estimates, order parts, invoices and manage appointments within one system. And, the company’s AI can summarize diagnostics and recommended services.
SPARQ CoLab is expected to be available for drivers and shops in 2026.
