Get Spiffy has announced the beta launch of Recall Capture, a recall automation platform built for mobile repairs. The addition to the Spiffy Mobile 360 software suite, Recall Capture, is designed to help dealership fixed operations teams close recalls without adding headcount or requiring customers to visit the service bay.
According to the company, Recall Capture automates the recall workflow from VIN detection and targeting to customer outreach and scheduling to technician dispatch and route-optimized van deployment.
General availability for Recall Capture is expected this summer.
