For the second quarter of 2026, Sonic Automotive reported $515.50 million in parts, service and collision repair (fixed operations) revenue from its franchised dealerships segment — an increase of 6.3% compared to a year ago.

According to management, Sonic’s fixed operations business benefited from a higher level of vehicle recalls and warranty repairs during the quarter as well as additional technician headcount, which drove an increase in customer-pay service capacity.
