RNR Tire Express has appointed three executives to its national leadership team: Tracy Cintron as franchise director, Candace Lovett as national marketing director and Susan Vice as financial controller.
Cintron, who previously was franchise coordinator for RNR, will continue helping franchisees in their development efforts and will play a more central role in their onboarding and training.
Lovett, who was a marketing manager for RNR, will oversee strategic planning and initiatives for the company’s 160-plus locations nationwide, lead the national marketing team, and work to expand the size and scope of all marketing efforts.
Vice will be in control of the daily operations of the accounting department as well as the financial well-being of the company.
2021 saw the emergence of the RNR Tire brand in more than a dozen new markets, chief among them being Queensbury, NY and Tucson, AZ. Both are the first locations in those states. In total, the franchise opened 20 new locations in 2021, and RNR has amassed commitments for 31 additional locations through four new multi-unit development agreements.
Management expects RNR to break ground in more than 15 new markets this year, entering four new states, ultimately surpassing 190 locations in operation by the end of 2022.
