RepairPal is partnering with Riptide, a customer-centric texting service founded by a RepairPal Certified shop owner. Riptide’s messaging platform is designed to provide a new, efficient way for RepairPal Certified shops and dealers to communicate with consumers via text services.
Riptide allows customers in need of vehicle repair or maintenance to chat via text with RepairPal Certified shops or dealers who can answer questions and assist with scheduling appointments. The application is designed to improve customer loyalty as well as increase new leads and appointments for RepairPal’s network of certified facilities.
