RepairPal is partnering with Goodhood, a provider of at-home car maintenance and repair services. The collaboration offers access to RepairPal Certified shops in areas where mobile coverage is not available.
Prashant Salla, CEO at Goodhood, said: “Customers can now get a mechanic to their house where we have coverage or use RepairPal’s network of shops where we don’t have coverage … yet. Now, customers nationwide can get a service in the most convenient way possible. Either a mechanic to their house or from a reputable, vetted repair shop via RepairPal.”
The partnership also allows Goodhood customers to access RepairPal’s Car Genius services, providing motorists with expert advice and insights for their vehicle needs on medium to major mechanical repairs.
“With access to over 3,000 RepairPal Certified shops nationwide, customers can easily get quotes and book appointments online or consult with an auto expert directly. By incorporating Car Genius, we’re empowering customers with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their vehicle care,” said Kathleen Long, chief revenue officer at RepairPal. “In an industry where trust is often a concern, Car Genius plays a vital role in building and maintaining customer confidence.”
