RepairPal has launched Car Genius to select partners. With the new service, auto repair experts from RepairPal answer questions and refer customers to Certified RepairPal shops nearby.
Car Genius is staffed by RepairPal auto repair experts who provide mechanical advice and education on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Customers are encouraged to call Car Genius on a dedicated partner phone line to chat about car issues they are facing, get repair and maintenance prices, decipher a repair estimate, find out what to ask or expect at the repair shop, and ask post-repair questions or address lingering issues.
Car Genius services are currently available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern time), Monday through Friday.
Car Genius is free to RepairPal partners and their customers.
