RepairPal, a provider of automotive repair information and services, has entered into a partnership with CrashBay, a digital marketplace for collision repair solutions, to provide consumers with an integrated platform that connects them to trusted auto repair and collision centers.
The new, integrated platform will launch in select markets, with plans to expand across the United States and Canada.
The collaboration is designed to capitalize on RepairPal’s Certified Repair Network and CrashBay’s digital marketplace. The integrated platform will include diagnostics, repair tracking and communication tools to offer real-time updates and transparency throughout the repair process.
According to the companies, consumers will be able to book routine maintenance and specialized repair services with quality assurances and pricing guarantees. And, as part of the partnership, the companies have introduced a joint customer loyalty program that provides consumers and partners with access to an array of priority services.
Additionally, RepairPal and CrashBay will collaborate on producing educational content intended to help car owners better understand both vehicle maintenance and collision repair.
