Together, the teams provide guidance and support to ProColor Collision franchisees, including training, branding and all operational excellence support.
Bridges stated: “Scott brings to the team a unique combination of experience in all aspects of the collision repair industry and has a strong history of creating solid relationships between body shop networks and insurance companies.”
Kohl’s experience includes being a ASE Master collision and refinish technician with I-CAR certification as well as work with Safeco, Liberty Mutual and, most recently, Kemper Auto.
In other ProColor Collision news, Nicky Woerner — who joined the team in February as director of partnerships —now also serves as director of development, leading a group focused on connecting independent collision repair shops with opportunities within ProColor Collision in addition to supporting them through the onboarding process.
ProColor Collision has promoted Kevin Beane to implementation manager, reporting to Kohl. Beane is responsible for leading new franchisees through the transition to the ProColor Collison brand.
