Precision Tune Auto Care of the Carolinas has added automotive industry veteran Pat Fire as general manager and COO.
He is tasked with overseeing all day-to-day operations, including team development, vendor relationships, performance management and execution of the company’s growth roadmap. Fire will lead an operational transformation and expansion efforts, focusing on performance optimization, multi-location integration, customer experience and data-first decision-making, Precision Tune stated.
The Precision Tune Auto Care franchise group owns and operates 17 shops across South Carolina, with plans to scale significantly in the coming years, according to an announcement dated April 25. This will include acquisitions in addition to new shop development.

Fire’s career spans executive leadership roles with companies in the retail automotive and aftermarket service sectors. This includes time as executive general manager of the Stevenson Automotive Group and COO of the Delaney Auto Group.
