Pitstop, a predictive analytics company for the mobility industry, has announced a partnership with Samsara, a connected operations cloud company. The alliance allows customers to access real-time data and insights from Samsara within Pitstop’s predictive analytics platform with the goal of reducing emissions and maintenance costs.

Instead of relying on manufacturer recommendations about when to perform maintenance on their fleets, fleet managers will be able to understand exactly what every vehicle needs in real-time,” said Shiva Bhardwaj, founder and CEO of Pitstop.
Pitstop’s platform analyzes sensor data and diagnostic trouble codes of specific components, such as batteries and brakes, across fleets of any size. It uses algorithms, machine learning and artificial intelligence to detect anomalies and predict potential vehicle failures.
Additionally, customers can optimize for reduced diesel emissions and driver habits using Pitstop’s analytics dashboards, and data can be synced with repair centers.
