Pep Boys has promoted Mike Vazeii to senior vice president of marketing and hired Cristen Odian as vice president of team performance and development.
Vazeii — who joined Pep Boys in December 2024 as vice president of commercial marketing — has more than 25 years of brand strategy and customer engagement experience. This includes various roles with Terminix (including senior director of marketing) and American Home Shield (including director of product and segment marketing).
Odian returns to Pep Boys following time as the director of talent management and development for Integra LifeSciences. From 2022-’23, she was vice president of organization and talent effectiveness for Pep Boys.
Odian has over 25 years of leadership and team development experience.
