Rotunda Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired Revv, an AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows, according to Adapt Ventures and Ibex Investors, investors in Revv.

Revv will merge with AirPro Diagnostics, a Rotunda portfolio company and a provider of remote ADAS diagnostics and calibration. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Revv, it will remain open and tool-agnostic, “continuing to serve the entire repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers and systems shops already use.”

The combined entity will have …
• Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro Diagnostics, as its CEO.
• Adi Bathla, CEO and co-founder of Revv, as its president and chief innovation officer.
• Rashmi Sinha, Revv’s co-founder and chief technology officer, as its senior vice president of technology and product integration.

Bathla and Sinha will retain a “meaningful ownership stake” in the combined company, according to Revv, and Bathla will join the board.

“ADAS has moved from the periphery of automotive repair to the center of it. Every new model year adds ADAS complexity, and repairs requiring calibrations are growing exponentially,” said Ryan Aprill, partner at Rotunda. “This structural demand was our thesis when we partnered with AirPro in 2025, and it has only strengthened since.

“Driaan, Adi and their teams have built two of the strongest and most reputable businesses in the category, and we look forward to supporting their shared growth vision.”

Bathla remarked: “Shops have been piecing together hardware and software from different providers for years, and, with the complexity of today’s vehicles, that’s not good enough. Revv’s technology helps repair shops identify and scope the full range of ADAS work required, and AirPro’s remote execution capabilities ensure that work gets completed pursuant to OEM specifications.”

Du Toit commented: “Revv has established itself as a software leader in ADAS, with a platform trusted by thousands of repair shops and a team that deeply understands what repairers need. Pairing that intelligence with AirPro’s operational scale and diagnostic expertise gives the industry a single, complete ADAS platform.”

The United ADAS Collective, a professional organization for the ADAS calibration community, also will be part of the combined company. Bathla founded the collective, which has grown to more than 1,600 members in under a year, according to Revv.

Jefferies LLC was the financial adviser to AirPro and Rotunda, and TD Cowen was the financial adviser to Revv.
