Nissan is promoting Kim Less from director of aftersales supply chain management to vice president of aftersales, U.S., effective April 1. Less will replace Michael Soutter, who will become corporate vice president of global aftersales for the Nissan Motor Company, Japan.
Kent O’Hara, senior vice president of global aftersales for Nissan in Japan, will return to the United States in the newly created role of president – 4R Energy, U.S. O’Hara is tasked with building a business that reuses, resells, refabricates and recycles electric vehicle batteries.
