We are seeking an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team in Pacific, Missouri. This role is responsible for managing assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle by identifying new product opportunities, analyzing market trends, developing product strategies, and collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations to bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned automotive aftermarket product lines from concept through lifecycle management.
• Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Develop product strategies and business cases for new product introductions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and support new products.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and market opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to stay informed on emerging market needs.
Qualifications
• Automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Product Management, Category Management, Product Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
