About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional & National Sales Manager to lead and grow our automotive spare parts sales across regional and national markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, with proven experience selling brake parts, friction products, braking systems, or related automotive components.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who understands distributors, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and automotive parts networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with automotive parts distributors, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and key accounts.
• Drive sales growth across braking products.
• Identify new customers, territories, distribution opportunities, and market segments.
• Support and coach manufacturer’s rep agencies, through strengthening relationships, and training on product lines and growing sales.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing long-term commercial partnerships.
• Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, product demand, and customer requirements.
• Develop sales forecasts, budgets, territory plans, and regular performance reports.
• Support and mentor regional sales representatives and contribute to building a high-performing sales organization.
• Travel regularly to visit customers, distributors, trade shows, and key markets as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of automotive aftermarket sales experience,
• Strong brake parts/friction products experience is highly preferred.
• Established relationships within the automotive spare parts distribution and aftermarket industry.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales and develop new territories and accounts.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution channels and aftermarket customers.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, account-management, and business-development skills.
• Experience managing sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
