Sales Manager to work Automotive/HD/Oil and Lube/Farm & Fleet/sales channels directly and with reps depending on accounts. Great opportunity to have a big role in small company, impact growth and build network across all channels. Experience in low value/repeat sales items (shop supplies, consumables, universal application categories etc.) mainly through two step distribution model, ability to harness buying group connections and to motivate and train sales reps by demonstrating success.

Basic plus transparent override (bonus) comp structure on growth sales dollars, realistically in 100K to 110K range all in. 10 to 15 years under the belt in sales process and maturity level required. Travel expectation 15 to 20 weeks/year. Otherwise work from home office. For the right candidate willing to consider a 7 to 8 year picture, an additional attractive cash out option is offered with vesting starting year 5.
