HBNA is the North American aftermarket and OE division of Baolong Huf Sens, one of the global leaders in Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems for both the Aftermarket and OE customers. Our JV, which started on January 1st 2019, places the new Global organization as a leader in our technological field.

Department Purpose:
Responsible for the independent aftermarket TPMS sales in the North American parts channel and for overall customer communication and satisfaction to assigned customers.
Job Purpose/Scope:
Management of assigned customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction in the area of product, price, quality, service and technology. Under limited supervision and instruction, handles as a liaison a variety of customer service and program management issues. Negotiates with direct contacts both internally and externally with moderate direction.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage Sales IAM accounts and customer support
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Solve customer issues and resolve conflicts
• Ensure timely and effective solutions to our customer’s needs
• Represent company professionally and reinforce a positive impression to all customers
• Prepare presentations and conduct sales calls with IAM customers
• Establish and maintain customer contacts and is the primary liaison for customer requests
• Responsible for all product related commercial interface with customer, including quotations, volume pricing, and funding negotiations
• Analyze, research and share current and future program planning, such as current and future program sales status, customer market trend, next program and customer news.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Investigate and resolve technical questions and warranty appeals which require special attention or on-site visits
• Communicate and report the progress of sales initiatives to management
Supervision Received and Given:
Reports to Head of Sales – IAM.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or an associate’s degree and 6 years equivalent experience.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• Four years of experience in sales preferably with an automotive supplier for electronic products or in the field of automotive aftermarket.
• Very strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiator
• Strong administrative, organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Able to pass all background checks and pre-employment drug screen tests.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of any information she/he encounters.
