Cloyes is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis across the company.
This role partners closely with divisional leadership and Corporate Finance to provide clear financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve visibility into business performance. The FP&A Manager will also provide day-to-day guidance to the FP&A Analyst and help drive improvements in planning, reporting, and financial modeling processes.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 6 – 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience. Strong Excel, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communication skills are required.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial environments, multi-entity organizations, or ERP systems such as Plex, Epicor, or Acumatica is preferred.
This position is in Ft. Smith, Arkansas / Remote and reports to the Corporate Controller. Occasional travel up to 15% may be required.
