We are looking for 2 to 5 year industry experienced person(s) to grow the business with group members and independent distributors in different regions of the country.
Right candidate will have strong sales aptitude and ability to harness repeat business. Experience with shop supplies, consumables, universal application categories in the automotive aftermarket preferable. Other wholesale distribution model industries (hardware/electrical/plumbing and such) equally suitable. Success would most definitely depend on fearless outreach and closing skills with target list, subsequent pull through work, passion for training and demonstrating success to customer sales teams, counter people and third party rep agencies. Communication ability at all levels required. A take charge doer with organization/ Planning/ Leadership/ Prioritizing/ Multi-tasking/ 21st century Technology ability and Presentation skills will be critical to grow into a bigger role in 2 to 3 years.
Competitive salary with total comp structure and growth tied directly to annual results. Travel expectation avg. 20 to 25 weeks/year. Otherwise work from home office. Candidate to be based in the territory of coverage and within reasonable access of major airport (Denver, LV, SLC, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, St Louis, Phoenix based on regions we are looking to cover)
