Robert Rajkowski is out as COO of Monro Inc., according to July 27 filing with the SEC. The company eliminated his role “following an assessment of the company’s leadership organization and reporting structure prompted by the completion of the company’s sale of its wholesale and tire distribution assets to American Tire Distributors.”
Rajkowski was named COO of Monro in 2019. He joined the company from AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care, where he had been COO since 2014. Prior to that, Rajkowski was chief marketing and operating officer for Heartland Automotive Services, a large franchise operator of Jiffy Lube shops, from 2010-’14.
