Monro Inc. has named Katy Chang as its senior vice president of merchandising. Chang will lead the company’s merchandising team as well as oversee the development and execution of Monro’s overall merchandising strategy in addition to long-term assortment planning, pricing and promotional strategies.
She reports to President and CEO Peter Fitzsimmons.
“Katy is a strategic and growth-oriented leader with extensive experience building high-performing teams both within and outside of the automotive aftermarket industry,” Fitzsimmons stated. “I am confident that Katy will make an immediate impact in a critical role supporting the company’s short- and long-term goals through her experience, strategic approach and specific industry knowledge.”
From 2020-‘24, she was the senior vice president of merchandising and strategy for American Tire Distributors (ATD). Prior to ATD, Chang worked at LPL Financial and Lowe’s in vice president and director roles.
