The Leeds West Groups (LWG) has added Peter Derschang as its CFO and a member of its advisory board of directors. Derschang, who has over 30 years of senior financial management experience, was the CFO of Brakes Plus prior to joining LWG.

Greenwood Village, CO-based LWG is a management platform that acquires, owns and manages national automotive repair franchises, including Midas, Big O Tires and SpeeDee Oil Change shops. LWG has about 100 locations across 16 states.

In related news, LWG chairman Joshua Weinreich has joined the E-Trade Financial board of directors. A career financial services executive, Weinreich previously served in a number of senior roles with Deutsche Bank, including global head of hedge funds and CEO of Deutsche Asset Management Americas.
