Mavis Tire has promoted Rob Welch from regional director to regional vice president. Welch, who joined Mavis in 2023 through the acquisition of TBC Corp., has been overseeing operations in North and South Carolina.
Welch began his career with the NTB segment of TBC in 2015 as a regional training manager, responsible for 15 shops. In time, he was promoted to regional vice president, where he was responsible for roughly 80 locations.
“Rob brings a tremendous amount of experience to this position, including the unique perspective of having previously led at the regional vice president level,” remarked Brian Sisson, president of retail operations. “He understands what it takes to lead a large organization, develop strong leaders, drive accountability and deliver consistent results. This promotion recognizes not only Rob’s past accomplishments, but also the confidence we have in his ability to help lead our organization forward.”
