Delphos, OH-based K&M Tire — a family-owned tire distributor with more than 40 distribution centers serving dealers in the Midwest, Central, Southwest and Northeastern portions of the United States — has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Midwest wholesale distribution locations of Turbo Wholesale Tires (the former Tire Wholesalers Company locations).
The locations being acquired are Cadillac, MI; Kalamazoo, MI; Oak Park, MI; and Hammond, IN.
The transaction is expected to close on Friday, May 16. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Additionally, K&M announced that it will partner closely with Turbo as it maintains its focus on growing its proprietary Lexani, Lionhart and Rolling Big Power (RBP) brands while also continuing to operate its wholesale distribution location in Southern California.
