Helm — a provider of tech-enabled business consulting, brand marketing, and e-commerce and engagement marketing services — has expanded its automotive services portfolio with the launch of two new lines of business in partnership with Stellantis.
The Mopar Fleet initiative aims to bring attention to Stellantis’s centralized billing system, Servicent. The system allows fleets to receive vehicle service from any of automaker’s 2,600 dealerships around the United States, with one consolidated bill from Stellantis at the end of each month. Servicent also has pre-authorization capabilities.
Frank Donnelly, executive vice president of retail network solutions at Helm, leads this effort with a team of five, largely working with the existing Stellantis Fleet organization.
Meanwhile, Helm has added five wholesale managers to support each of Stellantis’ physical business centers, focused on growing opportunities in the collision and wholesale mechanical space.
“While most collision work is done outside of dealership networks, supporting this line of business is critical as Stellantis dealers supply the parts and resources that repair facilities rely on,” Helm stated. “The wholesale managers will be responsible for assisting collision shops and dealers to deploy Mopar programs, tools and parts, ultimately providing customers the best experience possible. They will also support independent repair facilities servicing older vehicles that require reliable maintenance and repair.”
