Garnett Station Partners Invests In VIVE Collision

Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based principal investment firm, has made a “growth investment” into VIVE Collision, a multi-site operator (MSO) providing collision repair services to customers in New York, Maine, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Vartan Jerian Jr., Scott Leffler and Philip Taub founded VIVE in 2021. Its network includes Clarkstown International Collision, POC Collision, Crown Collision Centers, Rockland County Body and Acme Auto. There are 11 total locations.

“We are excited to partner with Garnett Station during the next phase of growth for VIVE Collision,” said Leffler, co-founder and co-head of business development at VIVE. “Garnett Station’s understanding of the industry, resources, relationships and experience partnering with growing companies will be invaluable as we expand our geographic presence, invest in our team and continue to deliver world class collision repair services for our customers.”

Financial terms of Garnett Station’s investment — which the firm’s website refers to as an equity partnership — were not disclosed.

“VIVE Collision is an extremely attractive platform opportunity given its market leadership, differentiated commitment to customers and the strength of its deep management team,” said Alex Sloane, co-founder and managing partner of Garnett Station. “We are extremely excited to partner with Vartan, Scott, Phil and the entire VIVE team to provide growth capital and operational resources to support the company on its continued growth path.”

Sloane and Matt Perelman founded Garnett Station Partners in 2013. The firm manages roughly $1 billion in assets. Core sectors include automotive, food and beverage, business services, and health and wellness. Among the firm’s listed equity partnerships are Maaco and WOW Carwash.
