FullSpeed Automotive has appointed 10 people to its franchise development team to bolster growth and fuel development in 2022. This comes as FullSpeed has set a goal to reach the 1,000-unit milestone by the end of 2022 or early 2023. The company had roughly 700 franchised and company-owned locations in December 2021.
FullSpeed is seeking single- and multi-unit operators throughout the United States and internationally.
Among the key hires are veteran franchise executives Ron Stilwell as chief development officer, Ronn Cordova as senior director of franchise sales, Patrick Sweetser as vice president of real estate and Sami Hage as senior director of construction and design.
Stilwell oversees FullSpeed’s overall growth strategy, overseeing five departments under the development umbrella. He was the chief development officer at Marco’s Pizza and, before that, was the founder and president of Franchise Executive Consultants, a national consulting firm that helped franchisors with their development needs.
Cordova is responsible for growing FullSpeed’s flagship brands, Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service. He brings years of franchise development experience to the company, including time as director of franchise development for The Little Gym International and vice president of franchise development for The Maids International.
Sweetser is responsible for site selection for Grease Monkey and SpeeDee, providing expertise in market strategies, lease and purchase negotiations, and the structuring of financial proformas. He brings decades of real estate and development experience, most recently as the director of real estate at Guggenheim Partners.
Hage brings over 25 years of construction and design experience to FullSpeed. He has overseen construction and design for corporate and franchise development with several national brands, including 7-Eleven and Dunkin Brands.
