Garnett Station Partners (GSP), a New York-based investment firm, has launched a national fleet management and repair platform in partnership with Gary Price, who will serve as CEO. Price has held senior positions with Love’s Travel Shops and Pilot Flying J.
The new venture, True North Fleet Services, was designed to bring together best-in-class, founder-led fleet services businesses under a single, streamlined platform, offering nationwide repair, preventive maintenance and ancillary services to fleets across the country.
For its partner brands, the platform provides access to capital, technology and operational resources.
True North’s first partners are Billy Bob’s Repair & Tire of San Antonio (which specializing in repairs for semi-trucks, trailers, heavy equipment and RVs) and Philadelphia-based PennFleet (a fleet services operator focused on fleet maintenance, collision repair, mechanical, and on-site and emergency road service).
GSP is no stranger to the auto care industry. Among its current investments is Goodturn Tire and Auto, a tire and general automotive services consolidation platform focused on the Southeast and Midwest. Prior investments include MAACO and Vive Collision.
