Jasper Engines & Transmissions has announced a partnership with Find A Wrench (FAW) to offer tools and services for independent shops and dealerships that are struggling to find technicians, service advisers and service managers. Find A Wrench works with shops and businesses across the country, helping them find and acquire staff, as well as develop strategies aimed at fixing their problems.

The joint program, called FAW 4-Speed Recruiting, helps with technician recruitment through job boards, social recruiting, personalized outreach and applicant management.
