Epicor has collaborated with Auto Repair Compare (ARC) on the launch of a next-generation tool that allows consumers to receive repair quotes via their preferred service shop websites. The new tool leverages the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) to guide consumers through an automated online quoting process designed to foster transparency and trust as well as help increase internet conversion rates.
Auto Repair Compare started as a group of shop owners who saw the need to have an online, automated quoting program. Its technology, ARC Smart Quoter, uses exact pricing from data providers and parts suppliers to give shoppers an accurate quote customized from a shop in less than 60 seconds.
