Driven Brands Holdings has acquired Auto Glass Fitters, a move believed to make Driven Brands the second largest player in the U.S. auto glass repair, replacement and calibration category. The acquisition also augments its East Coast presence in auto glass services and adds to its mobile capabilities.
With the addition of Auto Glass Fitters, Driven Brands now serves customers with 160-plus locations and almost 700 mobile units across 41 states. This after entering the U.S. market less than a year ago.
