Marvin Baker has joined the business consulting firm Drive Shops as senior vice president of business development for enterprise and multi-shop customers. His team will focus on the largest aftermarket service, tire and lube entities in North America.
Baker had been the chief technology officer of Baker’s Collision, Glass & Service as well as executive director of the North American enterprise sales team for Solera Repair.
His appointment follows the recent introduction at Drive of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that’s designed to streamline operational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability, addressing the end-to-end operational needs of the shop and the entire enterprise.
