Columbus, OH-based CollisionRight Inc., a regional multi-shop operator of auto body repair centers, has acquired D’s Paint & Body, consisting of three shops in Peoria, IL; Action Collision, a three-shop operator in Euclid, OH; and Severn Auto Body, consisting of three shops in Annapolis, MD.
The D’s transaction marks CollisionRight’s entry into the Illinois market, while the acquisitions of Action and Severn add density within the MSO’s existing footprint. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Since CollisionRight’s formation in 2020, the MSO has expanded to more than 80 shops across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.
