BizzyCar, a provider of recall management and mobile service technology for dealerships, has launched Service Engine, AI-driven outbound service software that automatically identifies service opportunities and books appointments.
Service Engine automatically identifies service opportunities, conducts two-way conversations via SMS and schedules appointments for common service needs. Only when human intervention is needed, based on dealer-defined rules, does the AI agent hand the case off along with a concise summary to help staff respond.
