Big Brand Tire & Service — a tire and automotive service provider with 215 shops across the Southwest, including California, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada — has acquired Tires To You, an established tire retailer and service chain with seven locations across the Austin area.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction marks Big Brand’s first step into the Texas market with plans to significantly grow its presence throughout the state in the coming years, according to management. “Austin is a key market for us, and this acquisition aligns with our strategy of growth in high-demand regions,” said Joe Buscaglia, CEO of Big Brand.
The Tires To You shops will be rebranded as Big Brand Tire & Service.
