NTN, the parent company of BCA Bearings, has launched the BCA in the Bay technician training program, a nationwide initiative designed to deliver hands-on technical training. Instruction will focus on bearing diagnostics, wheel-end service procedures, installation best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
The program will feature regional technical trainers who will travel across North America — in fully wrapped and specially outfitted BCA in the Bay training vans — conducting on-site training sessions for repair shops, distributors and automotive service professionals.
They will not only deliver the training but also develop and refine the curriculum to help ensure content remains relevant, practical and aligned with the evolving technician needs.
Training sessions will be offered in multiple formats, including hands-on demonstrations, classroom-style instruction, lunch-and-learn programs and after-hours workshops.
