AutoShop Answers has added Eric Twiggs as its vice president of member services. Twiggs is tasked with enhancing member experience, developing new initiatives and programs, and identifying opportunities to better support the needs of the automotive repair industry.
“His leadership will help AutoShop Answers expand its resources and create new ways for members to connect, learn and grow their businesses,” the company stated.
Twiggs is a longtime certified executive coach with the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) and its 2025 Coach of the Year. His career also has included time as director of retail, service and commercial for Pep Boys.
