Autoshop Answers, a coaching company for automotive repair shops, has promoted Tere Hardin from sales administrator to director of operations. Hardin joined the company a year ago. His background includes time as a sales team manager for Shop-Ware and an account executive for Automotive Management Solutions.
Todd Westerlund, president of Autoshop Answers, shared his enthusiasm for the promotion and what it means for the company’s future. “Tere has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational insight and a deep commitment to the success of our clients,” Westerlund said. “As director of operations, he will play a critical role in scaling our services and continuing to deliver the high-level coaching and support that Autoshop Answers is known for.
