AutoShop Answers is collaborating with Rilla, an AI-powered speech analytics company, on the integration of Rilla’s advanced AI virtual ride-along and conversation analytics technology into the AutoShop Answers coaching platform.
The goal of the technology, called AutoShop Answers AIX powered by Rilla, is to deliver a “game-changing experience in customer engagement, service adviser training and operational excellence,” according to AutoShop Answers.
Rilla’s AI captures and analyzes real-time customer interactions, delivering actionable coaching insights hands-free.
