Samantha Freeman is now director of partnerships for AutoServe1, which helps dealerships and aftermarket repair shops communicate with customers using photos of problem parts and educational animations. Freeman, who joined the company in 2020, was a major account manager.
Prior to her time with AutoServe1, Freeman was a customer account manager at Epicor Software. Her career also has included time as an inside sales representative for the MehchanicNet Group and an inside sales rep with CustomerLink Systems.
