American Tire Distributors (ATD) has announced a partnership with the customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing communications platform Steer. This goal is to bring first-class marketing technology to ATD’s new digital hub, Radius, and allow customers to streamline their marketing operations.
ATD’s partnership with Steer is billed as the first third-party solution that Radius will integrate into its marketplace.
The partnership is seen as providing real-time data that compares inventory to market demands by combining Steer’s CRM technology with ATD’s network and inventory management technology. This idea is to allow dealers to leverage consumer trends and existing inventory when designing their marketing operations.
More than 80,000 U.S. auto repair facilities will gain access to Steer through this partnership, according to ATD.
